Delivery time:

All our orders must be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: order processing time and shipping time
That is, delivery time = order processing time + shipping time

Ready-to-ship items:
For in-stock items, orders will be shipped in 2 working day.You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Our estimated processing time for customization is about 3 weeks from the date of design draft confirmation.

Checklist:

All packages are in good condition
Please make sure you receive the correct item according to the delivery note.
If your package is broken or damaged, please contact us in time before signing for it.
Please do not discard the package until you are sure there is nothing wrong with it.


Order tracking:

Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your order through the carrier's website. If you have issues with tracking, please contact our customer service.

Shipping delays:

Sometimes, while we hope to deliver orders as quickly as possible, please note that some delays may occur due to force majeure. Such as extreme weather, customs inspections or other factors. Please contact us via email support@hometvstand.com and we will verify the situation with the transportation company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support. Don't worry, we will solve your problem as soon as possible.

Shipping Address:

We apologize for the inability to deliver to PO Boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO). Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Of course, if you need to modify the shipping address, you can contact us before shipping. Otherwise, you will need to bear the loss of freight (the specific cost is determined based on the weight of the goods and the delivery address)

Prices include tax and customers do not need to pay any taxes.
