Exchange Return & Refund Policy

At  Hometvstand, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Customers can initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days after receiving an order. Customers should contact us with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We recommend reviewing our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before starting the return process.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Hometvstand is committed to providing customers with a comfortable and calm purchasing experience. If you are interested in your purchase
  • If you are not satisfied with the Tvstand, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the Tvstand. Any requests after 30 days will not be honored. Please be sure to contact us first by email (support@hometvstand.com).


Return and exchange conditions

  • Unauthorized returns of tvstand will not be accepted.
  • Tvstand must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Tvstand must be in their original packaging, complete with lampshade and all spare parts.
  • All Tvstand must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, in new condition, with no damage to theTvstand.


Items that are not returnable:

  • Special offer Tvstand or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Custom Tvstand are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for damage/loss caused by the customer.


General return process:

  • To initiate a return: Please email support@hometvstand.com with photos and/or videos of the fixture and let us know your order number.
  • Returning Items: If your return meets the above criteria, we will provide you with a return label and notify UPS or Fedex for pickup.
  • Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the Tvstand within 2-5 business days and then offer an exchange or refund.


Return fees:

  • If the return is due to our problem (for example: incorrect Tvstand, Tvstand quality problem, sent to wrong address), we will provide you with a full refund;
  • If the return is due to a buyer's problem (eg: didn't like/want the Tvstand , ordered the wrong Tvstand /size, incorrect or incomplete postal address provided), the buyer should pay shipping (return shipping to US warehouse Generally $50-$200 (depending on product size)).


Refund:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If you haven't received your refund within 5-7 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company.
  • Official refunds may take some time. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@hometvstand.com.
  • Please note: We do not refund original shipping charges.

Cancel the order:

  • If you contact us promptly after purchasing, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment has been completed but your package has not been shipped, you may cancel your order before the Tvstand ship. We will refund your money in full.
  • Tvstand orders cannot be canceled once the package has been dispatched.
  • Product damaged
  • If any Tvstand part is damaged during shipping or any defect is discovered during installation, we will replace the part free of charge. However, no refunds will be given due to damage/loss caused by the customer.
